I have been working for KCMO Water Services for the past 17 years. I would like to see computer software develop to make our workgroup life more efficient. We work in the Backflow Prevention Unit and we deal with the public on a daily basis. It would be wonderful to have software that would help serve our water customers look up their own backflow assemblies, submit recertifications tests and look up our rules and regulations, forms, etc.[
